88 Wayz Youth Organization's mission is to develop our youth into well rounded, productive citizen by cultivating social, literacy, and leadership skill through peer-to-peer and youth-adult mentoring.
Our vision is to be the most sought after mentoring program by allowing our target population to reach consistent success through unparalleled service and commitment to excellence.
88 Wayz was established in 2008 by former Chicago Bear, Desmond Clark in his hometown of Lakeland, FL. 88 Wayz implements free of charge to schools our TALKS Mentoring program. Talks is an innovative, cognitive-behavioral approach to youth mentoring that focuses on leader skill development through peer-to-peer and youth-adult interaction.
